I had a great experience working with Alfonso Padilla and would highly recommend him. Al did everything right from start to finish. On my initial contact, I let him know I wasn't planning on purchasing fo r1.5-2.0 years and was just trying to determine where i would like to relocate. At that point, I didn't know where on the west coast I was going to settle. Knowing he would not make a sale, he was still extremely generous of his time, spending an entire day showing me properties and communities. After that initial visit he kept in touch and updated me with new listings. I returned to the area, 2 months later, to look again. He did not hesitate to take me out for a 2nd round of showings. Unexpected to both he and I, I fell in love with a property at River Hall Country Club and purchased a home 2 years earlier than expected! As a sales professional myself, I can say his approach, professionalism and knowledge are top notch.
