Alfonso Padilla was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He is a first-generation American citizen born to a Cuban mother and Colombian father. From early on, Alfonso was introduced to the business of real estate, though his maternal grandparents owning a pharmacy and his other paternal grandmother investing in the Miami real estate market while running her own export retail business to Colombia. Riding along with her looking for properties on the weekends was a fun experience that piqued his interest in real estate. Traveling is something Alfonso was fortunate to do from a young age. His parents packed the four kids in the station wagon and drove all over the country. He has taken an RV from Miami to Quebec and back, traveled the States, Caribbean and Europe with family and friends. Whether it is far from home or a week in the summer on our very own Sanibel and Captiva Island's many beautiful beaches, this is fuel for his soul. Alfonso has fallen in love with paradise in Southwest Florida. Alfonso moved to Fort Myers, Florieda in 2012 after his wife accepted a new position to sell commercial real estate in the Naples area. In 2014, Alfonso and his wife, Lydia, were blessed to become parents to their spunky little girl, Dora. Being her Dad is a job he does with much love and pride.

After coming to the area, Alfonso completed his college education and received his business degree in 2015. In 2017, he made the decision to follow his childhood passion and become a real estate agent. With Alfonso, you will have a true professional on your side. He strives to provide the same excellent service to all his customers. He has been fortunate enough to work with family, friends, past customers, and their referrals; a day at the office is one he enjoys. He listens to his clients' needs and works day and night until he helps achieves it.
